The role we are looking to fill is that of a Hotel General Manager, a critical leadership position responsible for the overall supervision and management of the hotel business unit. This position commands a salary of $72,000 per year and offers a full suite of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance options after a 60-day eligibility period. As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained in full compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. You will be responsible for the successful financial performance of the hotel, including revenue management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and cash handling. This role requires developing and managing operational budgets alongside subordinate managers and the Director of Operations, making strategic decisions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Your leadership will extend to managing recruitment, training, and employee development programs, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide exceptional guest service. You will supervise a team ranging from 10 to 250 employees across multiple departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, front desk, and sales. You will also be tasked with enforcing company policies, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring the hotel's image reflects the brand's reputation.
