The Concierge role at AdventHealth Tampa embodies the hospital's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. The Concierge team is the first point of contact for visitors, patients, families, and team members, delivering a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional healthcare experience. This position is part-time and operates on a PRN basis during day shifts, located at 3100 East Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to ensuring that all guests receive the highest quality of service, supporting the hospital’s mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ. Responsibilities include performing visitor registration, maintaining personal and facility appearance according to service standards, and proactively interacting with both internal and external customers. Team members regularly circulate through the facility to uphold an outstanding customer experience, conduct tours, and perform surveys to gather visitor feedback. This role requires cross-training across multiple facility entrances, lobbies, and waiting rooms, along with providing comprehensive hospitality services.
