The role available is that of a Barista, a vital frontline position responsible for the preparation and serving of quality coffee and specialty drinks to guests in a friendly and helpful manner while adhering to Parkhurst's exacting standards and sanitary procedures. The Barista will be required to brew coffee with precision, craft specialty beverages according to specific Parkhurst recipes, and maintain product quality and appearance by stocking grab-and-go items and replenishing coffee bean bins regularly. Interacting directly with guests, the Barista must provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth. Additional responsibilities include cash handling, merchandising the area using approved materials, maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts with a proactive "clean as you go" approach, and adhering to the company’s uniform and hygiene standards.
