As a Server at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will be an essential part of delivering a first-class dining experience to residents and their guests in a warm, inviting setting. This full-time position offers a schedule from 7:30am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for evening and weekend shifts as needed, providing a balanced work-life experience with no late nights. Servers at Resort Lifestyle Communities serve meals in a large open dining room within a breathtaking community, ensuring every resident is greeted with a smile and receives unparalleled customer service. Your role will include responsibilities such as pre-setting tables, taking entrée orders, serving meals, pouring coffee, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness by resetting tables and chairs, vacuuming the dining room carpet, and cleaning the salad bar area.
