This Restaurant General Manager position is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, an esteemed fast-food restaurant brand known for its Mexican-inspired food. This opportunity is not with Taco Bell Corp. or its affiliates, but with an independently owned franchise, offering a unique environment where entrepreneurial spirit and operational excellence go hand in hand. The franchisee operates as a separate business unit with its own wage and benefits structures, providing you with a distinct employer experience. The employment type is full-time, and the salary range for this role is $60,406 to $70,806 per year.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a single Taco Bell location. This involves working closely with a dynamic team that includes Assistant Managers and Shift Managers to ensure operational efficiency and superior customer service. Your role focuses on maintaining a safe and productive environment for both customers and team members, overseeing financial metrics such as payroll and profit and loss, and driving initiatives related to hiring, training, and employee performance management. This position requires someone who embraces an ownership mindset, taking proactive measures to manage every aspect of the restaurant with precision and care.
Your leadership will directly influence the quality of the customer experience and the overall success of the restaurant.
