The Maintenance position at Dave & Buster's plays a critical role in upholding the company’s standards for cleanliness and overall guest impression. Maintenance team members are responsible for a wide array of tasks including cleaning, repairing, and upkeeping facilities to guarantee that every corner of the venue reflects the company’s commitment to quality. This position demands attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties include operating equipment safely, correctly using cleaning chemicals, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation policies. Maintenance team members help maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, drains, windows, light fixtures, wood floors, carpets, restrooms, and all other facility areas. Candidates must be friendly, disciplined, and self-motivated, able to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Previous experience in maintenance within a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
