Warehouse Agent - $20 per HOUR

The Warehouse Agent role at WFS is essential to the smooth and efficient handling of air cargo. This position involves loading and unloading cargo such as mail, express shipments, freight, and company materials onto and off aircraft. Warehouse Agents also transport cargo between terminals and aircraft, perform ramp transfers, and handle freight at designated docks. In addition, Warehouse Agents may be responsible for routine cleaning of work areas and assisting with facility security monitoring to help maintain a safe and compliant workspace. The job requires physical strength, the ability to operate cargo handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, and adherence to strict safety protocols. Effective communication skills and the ability to respond to verbal commands and safety warnings are critical, particularly when working in high-noise environments and around aircraft. Employed on a full-time basis, this role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour. Employees are also subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Transport Workers Union (TWU), requiring union membership and payment of union dues. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
