This particular role is for a Server within one of Integral Senior Living’s communities. The Server plays a vital role in delivering quality dining experiences that contribute significantly to the overall well-being and satisfaction of the residents. The position requires a friendly, attentive, and reliable individual who can take meal and drink orders accurately while serving these in a timely and courteous manner. A successful Server at Integral Senior Living maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all daily specials and menu items, which enables them to provide helpful descriptions and recommendations to guests. They are responsible for ensuring that dining areas and side stations are clean, orderly, and stocked, adhering strictly to daily and weekly cleaning schedules to uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and safety. The role also demands adherence to established safety and loss prevention procedures, an essential aspect of maintaining a secure environment for both employees and residents. Servers contribute to setting up and cleaning dining spaces while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and service standards, all aimed at fostering an inviting dining atmosphere. Flexibility is key in this position, as Servers must be willing to work during scheduled hours, primarily Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and they must be ready to respond promptly to resident needs while balancing teamwork and individual responsibilities. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
