As a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park, you will be an integral part of the hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest services with a friendly, professional, and attentive approach. This full-time position involves working various hours Monday to Friday and includes a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 plus tips, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair and commensurate compensation based on experience, skills, and location. Your primary responsibilities will include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting guests with their luggage, and delivering superior customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. You will greet guests courteously, assist with inquiries, provide directions, and help create a welcoming atmosphere by engaging positively with guests and coworkers.
This role demands vigilance and professionalism as you will handle important tasks such as issuing claim checks when parking vehicles, managing revenue collection, and maintaining accurate records related to vehicle management. In addition to parking duties, you may assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and shuttle services where applicable. Working conditions include the necessity to be on your feet or standing for extended periods, occasionally exerting significant physical effort up to 100 pounds when handling luggage or other objects. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license for the state or a commutable distance
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to understand and apply parking rates and procedures
- Capability to operate vehicles safely
