The role of Front Desk Agent is crucial as it forms the "personality" of the resort - these team members create a memorable first impression that sets the tone for a guest's entire stay. This position plays a pivotal role in guest relations by managing check-ins and check-outs, answering guests' questions about hotel amenities and the local area, and processing special requests efficiently. Front Desk Agents are expected to perform cashier duties, handle reservations, and act as a concierge by providing guests with information on local entertainment and attractions. Ideal candidates have an engaging personality and enjoy interacting with a diverse client base from around the world.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in customer service within the hospitality industry
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of billing, posting, charges, cash handling and refund procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Capability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
