The Barback position at Gato Exotico is essential to ensuring the behind-the-scenes bar operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly supporting bartenders and enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Barback, you will be an integral member of the bar team, responsible for stocking spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware, keeping the bar area clean and organized, assisting with bar preparations such as slicing fruit and setting up stations, and ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are consistently followed. Your attentiveness and proactive support will help bartenders deliver creative cocktails with speed and precision, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant.
