This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing global sales organization as an International Sales Manager. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, complemented by an attractive commission plan that rewards performance.
As the International Sales Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting new clients to negotiating contracts and onboarding accounts. You will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities within the air and ocean freight sectors, ensuring the growth and retention of strategic customer accounts. Collaboration with the operations team will be essential to maintain high service quality and meet customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty. The role also involves identifying and opening new verticals and markets, expanding revenue streams within existing accounts and beyond. This position requires a hunter mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a performance-driven culture that values accountability and autonomy. The work is largely flexible and remote, often requiring travel on the road to build relationships and grow the client base across various geographies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven international sales experience in freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of air and ocean freight incoterms and global logistics
- Hunter mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Existing book of business is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
