The Customer Advocate role at Carvana is vital to sustaining this customer-first philosophy. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who have at least two years of experience interacting directly with customers. These advocates serve as the face of Carvana during vehicle deliveries, ensuring that customers enjoy a smooth, friendly, and hassle-free experience. The position requires delivering vehicles using Carvana’s specially designed car haulers (no commercial driver’s license required) with full training provided. Advocates will also be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, conducting safety inspections of haulers and cars, completing customer paperwork accurately, and maintaining detailed notes in the company’s tracking systems. Carvana requires Customer Advocates to work a flexible schedule with shifts from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week on a rotating basis to ensure that customers receive their vehicles at convenient times. The compensation begins at a competitive $20 per hour, with a structured, performance-based Career Not Jobs program that offers regular pay increases. Within the first year, top performers can earn up to $22 per hour by achieving four merit reviews, plus additional incentive programs may be available depending on your location.
