  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for the working state or commutable area
  • One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with money units
  • Understanding of 24 hour and military time
  • Ability to understand applicable rate systems
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle including manual transmission preferred
  • Capability to perform parallel parking maneuvers
