The US Event Coordinator role at EY is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of the Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) program. This position focuses on organizing and executing small to mid-scale internal and client events primarily in EY offices, while also facilitating the use of Small Meeting Technologies for off-site events. The Event Coordinator partners with various internal EY teams such as CBRE, OSTS, and Creative Services to ensure seamless event delivery in compliance with EY's Meetings & Events guidelines. This role is primarily remote but may require on-site event support with possible extended hours to manage all logistical aspects efficiently.
Key responsibilities include sourcing room blocks, assisting with registration sites, managing event data accurately, and utilizing event coordination tools to enhance stakeholders' experiences. The role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer service focus and adhering to EY’s policies. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years of related experience. Certified Meeting Professional certification is preferred but not required.
This role offers a competitive salary range, with base pay from $65,700 to $119,200 depending on location, and higher ranges for certain metropolitan areas.
