The role of the Front Desk Concierge at Camellia at Deerwood is vital as this position serves as the first point of contact for everyone entering the community. This full-time opportunity, with a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour, requires someone who is not only organized and professional but also genuinely passionate about working with seniors and fostering positive relationships. The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests warmly, managing resident requests, and assisting with administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the community. - One year of office or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in general office procedures and computers
- Ability to speak and write English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
