La Posada is currently seeking four full-time housekeepers to join their Environmental Services team. In this role, housekeepers have a vital responsibility in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and the overall aesthetic appeal of the community’s facilities. Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Director, housekeepers ensure that all common areas, healthcare buildings, resident rooms, dining spaces, offices, lobbies, and other designated areas meet rigorous cleanliness and health standards. This role is crucial for creating a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for the elderly residents, staff, visitors, and family members. Housekeepers at La Posada at Pusch Ridge perform a wide range of cleaning duties involving dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and waste management. They use approved cleaning chemicals and tools to maintain the integrity and beauty of the facility. Beyond cleaning, the role encourages friendly interaction with residents and guests, enhancing the overall community feel and providing excellent customer service.
