As part of its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, BRP is seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to join its Global Dealer Learning and Development Team (DL&D Team). This key role is essential to transforming the training landscape within the organization by curating a best-in-class learning experience for BRP's expansive global dealer network. The Training Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning and executing online training content, global instructor-led training (ILT) events, and other related initiatives. This multifaceted position involves managing scheduling and logistics, coordinating manpower and resources, and developing instructional content to support dealer onboarding and upskilling processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Training Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that training programs effectively support dealer network growth, product launches, engineering, technical documentation, and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong vendor relationship management to maintain high-quality training content and smooth operations in both online and physical training formats. In addition, the coordinator will oversee global training assets, including equipment and tools, to maintain readiness and availability for training events.
The role demands an ability to align training needs between commercial and technical teams, prioritizing customer satisfaction, content quality, and meeting launch deadlines. Logistics management is a critical component, involving procurement processes and the shipping and transportation of vehicles, tools, and parts to support global training events. The Training Operations Coordinator will also contribute to the development of training strategies based on business priorities, geographic locations, and scheduling requirements. Collaboration with the Learning Management System (LMS) Product Owner will be essential to define and implement ongoing training improvements, ensuring the organization remains agile and responsive to evolving dealer needs.
This position is based onsite in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, requiring attendance three days per week, with occasional global travel approximately two to three times per year. Candidates will thrive in this role if they possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities, and a proactive mindset. Excellent English communication skills are required, as well as proficiency in MS and Google suite applications.
