- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- One to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience if no high school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Understanding of 24 hour and military time
- Understanding of time-related rates
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer or register experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking
