This opportunity is for a Restaurant/Outlet Manager position within this impressive property. As a Restaurant/Outlet Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the operational success of the food and beverage outlets. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality service, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. The role demands a dynamic leader who can effectively manage staff, resolve problems, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing disciplinary measures when needed. - Prior experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and manner at all times
