This role as Server / Waiter / Waitress at Fogo de Chao involves being the face of the restaurant and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. As a server, you will greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, explain the distinctive preparation methods of the churrasco, and attend to their beverage and dessert needs. The role demands attentiveness and teamwork, as you assist not only your own section but also support other servers as required. Servers communicate closely with the kitchen team, especially the Churrasqueiros (grill chefs), to fulfill special meat requests, contributing to a seamless dining experience. Servers play a vital role in maintaining the fast-paced, high-quality service environment at Fogo de Chao. Responsibilities include preparing for shifts by completing opening and closing duties, maintaining clean and organized workstations, and collaborating with cashiers to ensure efficient order processing and payment handling. This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work weekends and holidays, accommodating the restaurant's busy scheduling needs. Fogo de Chao offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time and part-time team members. Full-time hourly employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
