The role of House Attendant at The Elser Hotel & Residences is vital to maintaining the hotel's prestigious standards of cleanliness, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This hourly position demands dedication to keeping assigned areas and equipment spotless and functional, with duties ranging from floor maintenance and carpet shampooing in public areas to cleaning guestrooms upon request. The House Attendant will also be responsible for delivering items to guestrooms, including express checkouts and newspapers tailored to the property. Exceptional customer service is paramount, as the role includes assisting guests with luggage and handling lost and found items with professionalism and care. In addition, the House Attendant must be knowledgeable about all emergency procedures and maintain hotel equipment to ensure safety and reliability throughout the property. This position plays a key part in enhancing the guest experience, supporting the housekeeping team with special projects, and upholding the high standards for which Highgate Hotels and The Elser are known.
