The position of Suites Runner is an important role within the Sanza - Suites department, reporting directly to the Suites Hospitality Manager. This part-time job primarily takes place at Amerant Bank Arena, where the Florida Panthers play their home games. A Suites Runner is responsible for delivering excellent service to premium guests, ensuring timely provision of food and assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a hard-working, energetic, and courteous individual who thrives in a team setting and maintains high standards of safety and sanitation. Suites Runners must have a good understanding of the menu, including sides and accompaniments, and actively support attendants in setting suites and clearing dishes during and after events. The work schedule primarily involves nights, weekends, and occasional holidays corresponding with game and event schedules. Candidates should be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
