The position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and requires weekend availability for shifts ranging from 6 to 8 hours. The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional guest service by efficiently supporting various operational areas of the theater. This includes operating point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy, handling cash and various payment methods responsibly, and promoting the theater's loyalty program, Regal Crown Club. In the Box Office, team members sell tickets in compliance with the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) rating system and company policies, assist customers by answering phone calls and inquiries, and focus on upselling premium viewing experiences. The Concession Stand duties involve preparing and serving food and beverages while adhering to food safety laws, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. Additionally, when applicable, employees must be certified and trained to sell or serve alcohol responsibly. As Ushers, team members manage theater entrances, check tickets, enforce rating restrictions, assist guests with seating, oversee auditorium cleanliness, and ensure a safe and quality environment is maintained. Team members are expected to adhere to Regal’s company dress code and participate in training programs that cover topics such as sexual harassment, discrimination, and responsible alcohol service. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform arithmetic calculations accurately and swiftly, and problem-solving capabilities to handle unexpected situations or emergencies effectively.
