Superica Charlotte is currently seeking a lively and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead their service team and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. This leadership role involves actively participating in all facets of the restaurant’s operations on a shift basis, including hiring, training, supervising staff, and positively influencing team morale. The manager plays a crucial role in maintaining open and effective communication channels between staff and upper management through daily logs and prompt handling of any issues that arise. Furthermore, the role requires close attention to labor costs, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profitability. Candidates with at least three years of progressive restaurant experience, including at least a year in a supervisory or managerial position, are preferred. This position offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience, complemented by a generous quarterly bonus program.
