The General Manager position at Braum's is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store’s food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. With a competitive annual compensation range from $71,500 to $74,000, the position also offers a guaranteed bonus for the first 12 weeks at the maximum level, paid bi-weekly.
