• High school diploma or equivalent certification from technical school or Associate Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of administrative experience preferably in a property management or real estate environment
• Must be able to work 32 hours per week
• Available to work 9 am to 5 pm shifts
• Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Strong customer orientation to older adults
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate office equipment including computer and communication devices
• Must have intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office
