As a Steward, the incumbent will be hands-on with key operational tasks involving dishwashing, kitchen upkeep, and supply replenishment, all crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Duties include managing the dishwasher area, properly cleaning and storing china, glassware, and silverware, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen refrigerators and bars, as well as consistently monitoring chemical usage and dishwasher temperatures to ensure compliance and safety.   • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
