Within this dynamic environment, SpaceX is currently hiring for the position of Starlink Warehouse Associate to support its Starlink product factory operations. The Starlink project involves creating a vast network of satellites to provide high-speed internet access globally, especially in underserved and remote areas. As Starlink expands, the warehouse operations, which are crucial to the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of components and finished products, are growing as well.
The Starlink Warehouse Associate will play an integral role in maintaining the flow of inventory and ensuring the accuracy and availability of materials needed for production and shipping. This role involves responsibilities such as receiving and storing raw materials, picking and assembling parts for production kits, managing finished inventory, and processing customer orders both domestically and internationally. The associate is expected to adhere to strict inventory control procedures, perform cycle counts, maintain stock rotation, and support the overall warehouse housekeeping and organization.
Pay for this role varies by experience and skill level, ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, with several levels (Level 1 to Level 3) offering progressive compensation.  - Must be available for at least one of the following shifts: weekday (Monday - Friday) 1st shift 5 AM - 3:30 PM or weekday (Monday - Friday) 2nd shift 3 PM - 1:30 AM
 - Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
 - Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position
 - Must be willing to work in an open-aired environment, lacking temperature controls
 - Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
 - Must conform to U.S. Government export regulations under ITAR
