We are currently seeking a highly motivated Event Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to the seamless execution and success of sales bookings and event coordination within the hotel. The Event Planning Manager will serve as a crucial intermediary between Meeting Planners and hotel staff, ensuring that all event details from food and beverage requirements to audio/visual needs are meticulously managed and fulfilled. Key responsibilities include administering sales agreements, managing room blocks and pickups, overseeing billing instructions, and conducting final reviews to guarantee client satisfaction. The Event Planning Manager also acts as the onsite contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attendees have an exceptional experience. This role demands an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The position offers an annual salary range between $61,800 and $86,600, reflective of experience and education. • preferred candidate has completed PSS or equivalent training
