Currently, Discovery Management Group is seeking a Concierge to join their team and contribute to the exceptional service culture within one of their senior living communities. The Concierge plays a crucial role as the first point of contact, responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees warmly and professionally. This position involves managing both internal and external communication channels, including answering telephone calls, taking messages with accuracy, and disseminating essential information. With a focus on creating a welcoming environment, the Concierge assists residents and visitors by providing directions, answering inquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks such as maintaining resident directories, managing appointment schedules for services like hairdressing and transportation, and organizing mail distribution. The role also entails operational duties like preparing meal tickets, tallying meal count sheets for the dining staff, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable. By carrying out these responsibilities efficiently, the Concierge helps maintain smooth daily operations and fosters a friendly atmosphere that enhances residents' and visitors’ overall experience.
