This role involves engaging directly with customers to answer questions and assist with product selections, preparing beverage selections per recipe standards, offering product samples, and maintaining product quality. You will work collaboratively with teammates to meet store goals and ensure the workplace operates smoothly, from properly using kitchen and coffee shop equipment to monitoring inventory and complying with food safety regulations.
