We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. This key role requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, enabling the candidate to consistently produce high-quality, consistent dishes that delight our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of food production, quality control, staffing levels, and the ongoing training and development of the kitchen team. The Sous Chef must be capable of stepping into the Executive Chef's role during their absence, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a formal culinary education or related hotel experience, and at least four years of fine dining and line experience. Proficiency in managing multiple kitchen stations and a thorough understanding of cost control are essential. Additionally, the role requires computer literacy and a passionate commitment to culinary education, both in practice and teaching.
