As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service. The role requires preparing and stocking Starbucks products while adhering to safety and quality standards, including proper rotation of items and compliance with company food safety programs. This position is suitable for individuals aged 16 and older, offering a chance to develop skills in beverage preparation including learning the intricacies of various Starbucks coffees, teas, and related ingredients. Experience in food service or coffee preparation is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
