Line Cooks are responsible for executing recipes with precision in line with Luna Grill’s proprietary standards regarding portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation. Beyond cooking, individuals in this role maintain cleanliness and sanitation of their stations, support food prep during slower periods, and ensure smooth service by stocking adequate food supplies. As a team player, a Line Cook will also assist in closing procedures and participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and kitchen operations. Luna Grill offers competitive hourly wages with hiring rates ranging from $16.50 to $19.00 per hour in California and $13.50 to $15.50 per hour in Texas, with total earnings potential reaching up to $22 and $18 per hour respectively including tips.
