In this leadership role, you will manage and mentor a team of instructional design staff who develop learning solutions tailored to improve training effectiveness across various customer service operations. Your responsibilities will include acting as an internal consultant, evaluating training needs, and integrating advanced technologies such as AI to create personalized and efficient training programs that empower customer service representatives to achieve their goals with confidence.
