In this role, the General Manager acts as the driving force behind the store’s success, focusing on growing sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining exceptional guest service quality. You will lead and develop a motivated team by hiring, training, and coaching employees to deliver a stellar customer experience. Additionally, you will manage daily operational tasks such as cash handling, auditing, food safety compliance, and technology utilization including mastering the Point of Sale (POS) system to maximize sales.
