The role of the Spa Receptionist at MacArthur Place is central to ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all spa guests. The Spa Receptionist is also responsible for processing payments, maintaining appointment schedules, and supervising front desk operations with the utmost professionalism and warmth. Beyond administrative duties, the Spa Receptionist plays a vital role in upholding the spa's cleanliness and maintenance standards. Ensuring a pristine and tranquil environment, the receptionist is tasked with overseeing the tidiness of treatment rooms, locker areas, saunas, steam rooms, lounges, and showers.
