The role of Spa Concierge at Flying Horse Resort and Club is both pivotal and rewarding. As the first point of contact for Club Members and guests visiting The Spa, this position demands a professional, friendly, and calming presence to ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience. This part-time role offers an hourly wage ranging between $14.81 and $15.00 and requires availability for one weekend day and holidays. The Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting guests warmly, managing appointment bookings, answering inquiries related to spa services and retail products, and maintaining an organized and clean reception and relaxation area environment. This position also involves processing guest check-ins and check-outs accurately using the resort’s computer systems, handling payments, and supporting the Spa Manager in collecting client feedback and implementing service improvements. Beyond administrative and customer service tasks, the Spa Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of client appointments to uphold the spa’s operational efficiency. Stocking retail products, performing opening and closing duties, staying informed about marketing initiatives, and fostering a respectful team environment are all vital elements of this role. Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
