This innovative approach allows customers to simply "drive in and drive out," making parking faster, more convenient, and frictionless. As the largest parking network in America, SP+ employs over 23,000 individuals and operates across more than 4,000 locations throughout North America and Europe. Their vision extends beyond parking to deliver seamless checkout-free experiences wherever people live, work, and play, giving individuals back their most precious asset — time.
Currently, SP+ is seeking two valet drivers for their client Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) at the Marquam Hill location, which includes the Emergency Department and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. These positions are full-time with specific schedules: Emergency Department valets work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, while Doernbecher valets work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Valets at SP+ are integral in providing a positive first impression and exceptional customer service to clients arriving at the hospital. The ideal candidates are energetic, responsible, and dependable self-starters with previous customer service experience. Parking experience is preferred, and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous though not mandatory. Candidates must have a clean driving record to pass the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
The role demands valets who are not only skilled drivers but also engaging with a warm smile and a professional demeanor. Valets at SP+ inspect vehicles before parking, note any issues, explain valet rates to customers, obey traffic laws, and report any accidents or safety hazards immediately to management. Beyond those core responsibilities, valets are expected to be punctual, maintain a clean uniform throughout their shift, and support management with additional duties as assigned. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start or advance a career within SP+, a company deeply committed to values of ingenuity, diversity, and integrity. Many team members began their careers as valets and have advanced within the company, highlighting the potential growth and development available.
