The restaurant General Manager (GM) role within this Taco Bell franchise presents a significant leadership opportunity. A minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED, though college or university degrees are preferred. Strong computer literacy and business math skills support successful management of scheduling, reporting, and financial analysis. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
