Currently, ACTS-Aviation Security has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Security Agent at the Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville, Florida. This role serves as a frontline position responsible for conducting security inspections and screenings to protect passengers, aircraft, cargo, and airport facilities. The Security Agent is tasked with screening airline equipment and cargo, performing passenger wanding, monitoring aircraft, and guarding gates in compliance with customer and regulatory specifications. This position requires vigilance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to identify and address potential security risks. Additionally, candidates must be willing to work non-standard shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
