The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for military personnel, their families, and authorized patrons by providing comprehensive recreational and support services. This role specifically involves working within the MWR Department in a position that supports the bar and beverage service functions. It involves preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar. The incumbent is responsible for mixing drinks according to established recipes, which includes classic cocktails such as Alexander, Margarita, Zombie, and Singapore Sling, among others. This position requires a high level of skill and knowledge in beverage preparation and customer service, ensuring patrons receive quality drinks and positive experiences. The individual in this role must be skilled in setting up the bar completely and managing inventory effectively to anticipate and address supply shortages based on business volume.
