The role of Server at The Carnegie involves delivering outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism in every dining interaction. Servers play a critical part in creating a welcoming atmosphere by performing all dining steps with care and attention. They greet and escort residents kindly throughout the dining venues, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. A well-rounded knowledge of the daily menu is essential, enabling Servers to assist residents with their dining choices and accommodate special requests effectively. Maintaining clean dining areas and proper table settings contributes to a pleasant and orderly environment for all guests. Additionally, Servers are expected to perform any other related duties as necessary to support the seamless operation of dining services.
