• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Flexibility with working hours including Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Possess licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by company)
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Ability to work on roofs and other high areas
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
