We are currently seeking part-time Front End Checkout associates to join our team during mid-shift and closing shifts. This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service by managing cash registers, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth checkout processes. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with the actual wage matching or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums that vary between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific job functions. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously when criteria are met. As a Front End Checkout associate, you will be the face of Walmart to our customers, responsible for greeting with a smile, ringing up items efficiently, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a positive attitude. This role requires standing for extended periods and readiness to assist customers with their questions and needs, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
