As a barista, you will be active throughout the day, handling several responsibilities such as brewing custom drinks, preparing food items, managing the register, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking supplies. The compensation for this hourly role ranges from $20.50 to $21.50, with additional earning potential through participation in a tip pool that can average an extra $5.00 per hour.
