The role of Cashier, also referred to internally as Front End Team Member, is a pivotal position that directly impacts the customer experience. You will be responsible for accurately processing sales transactions while providing friendly and efficient service. Beyond handling payments and verifying identification, you will be an ambassador of our brand through engaging customer interactions, promoting our loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant store environment. Your duties may also extend to supporting sales assistance, merchandising, and stocking to ensure the store operates smoothly. This role requires a flexible approach to scheduling, often including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business. You will report directly to the store management team and receive ongoing training, particularly in wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge, to help you excel in your role.
