The Sous Chef Tournant position at Chevy Chase Club is a full-time role with a salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. As a Sous Chef Tournant, the individual will be a critical asset supporting Executive Sous Chefs and other department leaders by rotating through various kitchens and culinary outlets. The Sous Chef Tournant will ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all menu items while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
