The role of Restaurant Manager (RM) at Burger King is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a single restaurant typically managing a team ranging from 10 to 60 employees. The RM ensures that the restaurant delivers on the company mission statement and values, driving desired outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. This leadership role involves mobilizing the restaurant management team to efficiently run the restaurant’s financial controls, operations, staff development, customer service, and compliance with Burger King Corporation (BKC) standards across all shifts.
A successful Restaurant Manager must possess the ability to work long or irregular hours, including extra shifts as necessary to maintain smooth restaurant functioning.
